Stokes Palmer, Director of Acquisitions, joined Investors First Capital in 2023 as head of Acquisitions for their Texas and Sunbelt markets. Stokes has over 25 years of real estate investment and development experience, with nearly 20 of those years spent at the family firm of Alex S. Palmer and Company in Nashville, TN. During his time there he represented ownership in the asset management of over 1M square feet of commercial office space in both the GSA and multi-tenant buildings. Prior to Alex S. Palmer and Company, Stokes worked for GE Capital Real Estate focused in debt and equity positions across the multi-family, office, and industrial sectors. Stokes received his undergraduate degree in Mathematics & an MBA from Vanderbilt University.
